
Hills Advertising, a leading out-of-home (OOH) agency in the Middle East, has announced the appointment of Rabih Bekai as Business Development & Agency Relationship Lead.
With more than 20 years of transformative leadership in media strategy with a focus on OOH, Bekai joins the team to drive growth, deepen agency partnerships, and elevate the value of OOH conversation in an increasingly fragmented advertising landscape.

Bekai’s career has involved integral roles at top media and OOH agencies in the region such as OMD MENA, Seventh Decimal and more.
Over the course of his career, he has supported media vendors in improving their product offering, benchmarked pricing models, and provided best practices across new business development, product development, market research, sales strategies and more.
In his new role, Bekai will leverage Hills Advertising’s largest highway-centric OOH network to deliver data-driven, creatively bold campaigns, that maximise reach, frequency, and cost efficiency for agencies and brands.
